Might be some structural work needed, front wheel and suspension parts are in the back of the car. Secondary damage on the undercarriage, which leads me to think that there may be a lot more damage than what is indicated.
Retail value is over estimated and I bet repair cost will be higher. And how in the heck did the rear window get broken? Maybe when they put the front wheel back there.
I think I would pass on this one.

Honestly, it's way over priced; 42K + minimum of $28K in repairs + a WRECKED TITLE = $$$$ blood bath for any new owner.

I've seen the auction houses call NRB black before. Can't see what the undercarriage damage but have a good idea. The visible damage is superficial. It appears the driver hit a curb or similar and snapped the control arms off. That would explain all the damage. My guess is the dealer paid about 25k at auction and probably put 7-10k into it. Good chance the undercarriage was scraped on the ground.

I wonder if the roof creaks. Car also might have a rattle or two in or around the dash. Frame damage for sure. I wouldn't give you 42.00 for the car.

Not sure why this thread was moved here, I'm definitely not schilling for this dealer? I thought it had interest on a winter day.
Took one for the team and did a walk around; obviously being driven daily and was dusty. My guess is the entire car has been painted, NRB is not the glossiest color and this one seems dull to me. The top is a decidedly different shade, the strip between the top and the rear deck looks like it was mottled and possibly sanded too deeply and is streaked. Rear panel is noticeably tipped down with an excessive gap at the top of the quarters. Might be a 3LT?? I didn't pop the hood, customer parking/deliveries are in the tight aisles, busy place, no off street parking.
I think its overpriced as it sits, the repairs should have been done better.
