Changes Possible
If Chevy can redo the Malibu after one year there is hope that some unpopular elements of the C7 could disappear as well.

I am looking for the black paint on the rear to be body color. I am sure they will try to differentiate the Z06 from the Z51 from the front and rear. They have to make it unique for the extra money they will charge.

Unpopular? The only ones who think it's "unpopular" are C6 owners who realize their car instantly looked "old".
What C6 owners want is a car more like the C6 so that won't happen.
The Malibu has to fight against the Fusion, which is a darn nice looking car (now that they stole the front from Aston Martin).

The Corvette has no real competitor to benchmark against. I think the only way they would make changes is if dealers start accumulating dead inventory in the first 6-9 months when they are expecting to sell every first year C7 they can get.

The C7 is a beautiful, well engineered, high performance sports Car. Why would they change it after one year? They will sell all they can build. 
Afterrmarket will take care of the small "details". Probably, the hi HP Model will be a little different. But, face it the C7 "look" is what we will have for the forseeable future. 
PS- I love my manual, GS as much as the next guy. But, the C6 is yesterday's news. And, I mean that in a respectful way.

C7 haters... You guys are so cute. Like puppies that won't stop humping your leg. At this point, there's nothing on the C7 that has a majority of people not liking it. GM got great responses to the tail lights. Everyone I've shown the car to says it's absolutely gorgeous. I have only one friend that says he doesn't like the tail lights. I have a lot of friends. So I'd call that a very low percentage and a total win.
