It's not an allocation issue, it's a constraint issue. They're submitting orders to GM every week but a fully optioned car like mine remains on the pile.
They've offered me a few cars that arrived for cancelled orders and stock but I'd rather wait for the car that I really want.
You and I have waited a long time I see. I've moved on and purchased a few toys. I left the deposit/order in place as I'm curios to see how badly GM intends to abuse a costumer. I may or may not pick it up depending on how I feel that day. After all our, agreement on delivery has waaaaay gone out the window.
Constraints and allocation are words I never want to think about again. It's wonderful when someone receives a car in 5 weeks....... just like the one I ordered 6 months ago. In what universe is this right or fair?
Move on, I highly recommend it. I bought a 43' houseboat, a Jeep SRT8 and having fun. Do whatever floats your boat
