There's a thread going about this in the c5 forum, too.

The one thing I don't like about my C5 is how huge he back end looks; the C7 fascia shown makes it look a bit smaller even though it obviously is not.

The pieces on the back glass don't do anything for me.

Neither do the wheels, but in fairness, I don't like that style wheels regardless of the vehicle on which they are installed.

As others have noted, we've all seen worse.
And no, I don't think I'll be adding C5 parts to my C7

There are many mods that I don't like that people have added to their C7. From picture the C5 rear mod seems professionally done and I'm sure cost a considerable amount. Not anything I would do, personally not into mods. That said, I replaced my tire air valve caps with the C7 logo type. I know, crossed the line.

Doesn't bother me at all...there were so many haters on the new tail end of the C7...to me it is just perfect. Now here is a guy paying homage to that rear end look!!! I wouldn't do this conversion, but I appreciate the effort. It looks well done!

The only criticism I have with the C7 is the rear. It does nothing to improve the C5
