Is not a factory option, but the same part number will fit all models. Front bumper is the same for all, including Z06.

After installing the GM splitter, I think that 3M double sided tape, along with the screws, would hold it on at any speed. The problem I see with using double sided tape is lining it up with the screw holes as the screws aren't very long.
