LOL Actually we (NYC) were expecting snow this weekend

Does anyone live in NYC and stop by the shop in Staten Island to take a look at the actual product and the orders?

Might anyone know which shipper they plan to use? FedEx, UPS, USPS, Greyhound?

I haven't gotten any emails from them about anything. I don't even get empty promises anymore.

Default Another Chapter

Here is what I received from Vitaliy at 12:40 PM today: "I got master list with tracking numbers , I will start emailing them if you didn't receive your automatically".

Interesting to see what happens next. Will they ship or will there be another story?

No. I have been interested in this item from the beginning, but not to the point of giving them my credit card number and walk away with my $$. I'll let everyone else assume the risk that it works as advertised, or if they even get it for that matter.

I truly hope everyone gets their Navtool, partly because that means I can buy one as well as partly so that nobody gets ripped off.

Am I allowed to continue posting now? you're starting to take your frustration out on others instead of Navtool.

I have a tracking number from Navtool with UPS. Something has moved forward in the process.

Thanks

No, I'm tired of the same drivel in all of the threads until the threads get locked.

If these guys are scamming, then it's MY money and my patience that are in play. Constant badgering by a dedicated few does tend to wear a bit thin but the fact that the "no skin off your nose" statement applies to a lot of the posters baffles me as to why they insist on poo-poo the effort?

Delay is a valid word in the world, the ability to handle delay, within reason, is not in every ones demeanor. If this product is shipping and the product works as advertised, then you and others can contemplate making a purchase and hopefully your order will rocket through the system.

Us old retired folks have all the time in the world (albeit not as much as the younger fire brands on here) but enough to stay the course when there is a reasonable possibility of eventual success.

After all is said and done, $150 is a lot of beer money to have saved and in my wallet.

I purchased a unit for my truck. Went there and picked it up locally too along with a license plate frame camera. They are legit. Im sure they might be delaying because there is a problem with production or something went wrong somewhere. But they have been around for a long time and all the local audio shops use their products and order directly from them. I dont think they are willing to risk their 12 year old name for 300 orders. How long has this been going on for? When did people pre-order?
You may be confusing navtool with navtv. I did the same initially. I have had a couple of products from navtv for my jeep - really good customer service from them.

Guys, there have been multiple threads for bashing NavTool. This is NOT one of them. There are members here who are actually interested in the latest information. Let them discuss amongst themselves without bashing NavTool.

Same here, still waiting for my tracking number too. I have UPS my choice so whenever a tracking number associated with my name or address is put in to the system it will show up on my account. Just checked and nothing yet which leads me to believe that nothing has been done yet.

Yes, I had it in an older Mazda CX-5. I've also seen it first hand in a few Jeeps too.

I went through NONE of what you guys are going through. I didn't even learn about them from a board site. I saw it working in a car at the NY Car Show that's at the Javits center every year in NYC.

At this point - I'd be just as frustrated as you guys.

Sorry for this.

Same here. I messaged them to cancel my order yesterday and issue an immediate refund. Got a message back they were putting in the shipping tickets... We'll see.

Received tracking # at 4:16am this morning. It says: "order processed ready for UPS" Hopefully they'll be with UPS tomorrow and on their way to us.
