Hi everyone. I was reading all the threads about NavTool just now. I live in Brooklyn which borders Staten Island where they are located. I had a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and I came across NavTool. I purchased a unit for my truck. Went there and picked it up locally too along with a license plate frame camera. They are legit. Im sure they might be delaying because there is a problem with production or something went wrong somewhere. But they have been around for a long time and all the local audio shops use their products and order directly from them. I dont think they are willing to risk their 12 year old name for 300 orders. How long has this been going on for? When did people pre-order?
ok today is Saturday did anybody get a tracking no#
I did not get a tracking number. I would be very surprised if anyone got one. This was just another delaying tactic. I wonder how many people are still on preorder list. I guess the real question to ask is why are we putting up with this. If nothing changes over the weekend, I will ask for a refund on Monday.
I emailed them last night and they told me that they were "working late" and that "the tracking numbers were being added to the system". I haven't received any number. Getting a refund on Monday if I don't have a tracking number by then.
Got no number either last night. Woke up this morning with an email with tracking info. I thought, finally!!! Unfortunately it was for wheels and tires I had ordered from another vendor. I still haven't decided if I'm happy or still pissed off!!
Up side is wheels and tires are here Thursday but no NavTool!!!!

I signed in with my Facebook account FYI. Im not sticking up for them at all. Im just saying I bought from them in the past and I know the local shops over by me use them. And Yes Im new to the forums cause I plan on ordering a ZO6 in the next month or 2 and I wanted to get some info on the 17s if anyone had any. And who is gunna fake a last name like mine!?

I just received a message. He says the entire list of 300 was entered and SHOULD have gone out automatically. He is checking on why nothing came to us. He said he has a master-list of all the tracking numbers and will do it manually if all else fails.

I'm gonna withhold a statement I was about to make...creating shipping labels, huh? That should be instantaneous, with a tracking number...unless they have a dot matrix printer. Come on NavFools, this is 2016, not 1984. That excuse don't work!

No, I got smart and cancelled mine when it became obvious they lie about everything. When IB suspended their vendor status here it was more than enough proof for me to cancel.
Edit: Why did you ask? Are threads about them now limited to only those with pending orders? I haven't seen that rule from IB.

As most folks know, having a tracking number does not mean an item has shipped. It means a number has been attached to a shipping document, nothing more. Still waiting...for the next delay. Maybe they are waiting for more snow.
