Verts are THE BEST!! Some VERY good looking droptops showing up on this thread. Just a little tidbit here that the C7 vert has for it's distinction the RAREST of ALL C7's produced. The Atlantic Edition only 17 made! When this guy saw the car he said that Harland pulled one over on him. Guess who??
You, sir, are the spitting image of my former, longtime neighbor. It's so close it's spooky.
I'm in. This is my first vert and after having a Coupe for eight years. I'm a vert owner now for life and I 'll never go back. Well that and my wife is thrilled with her vert, er, I mean, my vert.
Picking up my new to me 2015 Laguna Blue 3LT Z51 convertible tomorrow. Beyond excited to be back in a corvette. This is my 4th corvette. Any sage advice or words of wisdom from my fellow corvette brothers before I pull the trigger on the car? It is fully loaded with an A8 and 15K miles. Pics to follow.

Congratulations, I love the Laguna blue. The only advise I have (as some members have had this problem) is to ask the dealer to make sure the car hasn't had an aftermarket tune. It's probably good to go, but an ounce of prevention and all that stuff. As I'm sure you know a tune will void the powertrain warranty.

Post some pics when you get that beauty home.
I really doubt the dealer would know. Its at a BMW dealership. Its bone stock so I doubt it has. I had the local chev dealer service dept run the VIN through their system. Just a trans reflash oil changes and a hood strut replacement.

When i was whining about wanting to trade my C6 Coupe for a C7 my wife was campaigning for a vert. I had to take one for the team and went with the vert. I just love it and will never go back to a coupe. But please don't let my wife know that.
Not having the skirts will be a killer on your rear quarters. xPel or Suntek will help.
Yes the damage is done, this spring I am going to have that area restored and add some skirts. I didn't really think the damage would be that bad, so lesson learned. I will pay the piper and move on.
Started a cross country journey on 1-30-18 and the other day I made it to Ponte Vedra, Florida. I stopped at TPC Sawgrass and took this photo of my new 17 in front of the clubhouse. Heading to the Keys tomorrow.
