I just bought a 2015 convertible a few days ago and the salesman and I tried lowering the top with the remote. Nothing happened. Did it as per the owners manual too. The partition piece is up and snapped into place. It will lower with the cabin button. Any suggestions? I was standing about 6 feet from the car. Do I need to be closer?
Guess you hit unlock button on remote before the top down button, just asking. I take the top down every time I drive my baby and never had an issue as you described. Good luck with the fix......

Maybe the FOB battery needs replacing. It's a simple procedure, hit the unlock, press and hold the top down button. Good luck.
Tough course. But a treat to play it. Also nice car and congratulations on actually driving it.
Beautiful looking course but no time to play this time around. Making a stop at my friends place at Ibis CC in Palm Beach Gardens and will play the Nicklaus track once again. Lots of golf planned. Several times to play on the Gulf coast side, then Plano, Tx. and after that meeting up with our annual golf group in Scottsdale, Az.

BTW - lowering the suspension really is a must - no degradation on ride quality but looks much better with a little less space in wheel well (but not ricey or lowered to chopped levels)
