I always do - except in Carlisle during Corvettes at Carlisle, and last week in Bowling Green at the 25th Anniversary Celebration. Impossible to keep up in those particular circumstances - otherwise, yes.
I bought my first corvette like 2 months ago. 04 C5 low miles. I'm from Georgia. I noticed the first two corvettes that passed me waved. I waved as well. So then it hit me. This really is a corvette family. So I researched the corvette wave and I wave at all corvettes that pass me. But I do not think they know about the wave in Athens Ga. I'm like 0 for 5 no waves. But I will continue to wave untill they figure it out.

I see with a lot, and with every generation. The first Gen Miata's used to flip up their headlights, I don't know if Corvette C2 - C5 did that back in the day.
My dad bought a new 1960 Vette, white, silver cove, red interior 283/ 230 hp 3 speed for like 2300 dollars. I was 8 years old. He explained the wave to me. I’m on my fifth Vette 17 grand sport. I always wave. I like the tradition and part of it is in remembrance of my Dad
I try. It's about 50% on return waves. Generally, I find those really old guys with tri-focals, driving below the speed limit, white knuckled, don't wave.

Really? Just the opposite here. Young guys, busy looking at their phones, no clue whats going on around them that don’t wave. But yes I do.

It's about 99% for me. Now and then the timing is off and they're busy doing something, or I am. It's very rare to not get a wave. I just about jump out of my seat I get so excited to see another corvette.

The seniors tri-focals probably fell off after a youngster got close and the vibration from the boom box and no exhaust passed by....
On a side note... I see more folks waving @ me when I'm driving my C3 than my C7. I really need to get a C2 to test this out.
