C7 Window Tint
Bucsfan - Thank you. It's amazing what you can do with an iPhone and the proper app these days using computational photography. Years ago it took 1000's of dollars to invest in an SLR camera and tilt focus lens to get the same effect through optical photography. Unfortunately, as a result, all my film cameras are sitting around collecting dust these days.

One of the points to consider if your state is tough on tint.
Glass from the facto is already tinted some.Putting a legal tint on top of tinted glass MIGHT make it illegal in some states.

i did. Then moved a non ceramic. Hated that haze.
Does anyone know what the original factory tint percentage is? Probably cannot really add much here in Iowa and stay legal (and they do enforce it). Just another thing to get you pulled over like no front plate on an officers whim I guess. I definitely live in a no fun zone!

I don't know if the process or materials have improved much recently, but I see a lot of tinted cars driving around with tint that is bubbling, fogging, peeling, and otherwise looking like S--t. I just can't get myself excited about putting that stuff on a high dollar sports car...
I've had it on all cars for the better part of 20 years now and only get a little peel in one corner where the guy didn't get it down well enough.
I have had 5% on the vette before, that is too dark if you drive at night. I stick with 30% now.

Since we're on the subject... My back window appears pretty dark but only says 70% transparent. Do all come with this or is it an option?
2nd question: Does anyone have 50% pictures? That is all our great state allows.
