Do the 2019 Automatic equipped Grandsports have the engine builder name plate as well? Thanks

I would be interested to know what parameters are measured or analyzed to determine a "perfect" engine. Are "less than perfect" engines then corrected, or are they installed in cars?

I, too, have been wondering what this means, how it is measured, and what GM then does about it, if anything.

I don’t know, check the driver side intake underneath the fuel rail cover for PBC plaque.

My 2019 GS is a M7, guess that's why I have the plaque.

Manual Transmission seems to be a common denominator here.

Mine is a 2019 GS M7 and I got NUTHIN! I do have a very 'early' 2019 tho (bought it in 2018).

(my 2013 GS M6 had one haha).

Are you sure you are looking in the right place ? ALL M7 2019 GS should have one.

I've had much of this motor apart, and the intake manifold off... I no gots...

Edit:

Not to overly flood this one with pics, but I removed the valve cover trim pieces too just to show a little deeper pic. I'd love for this one to have a plaque too, but I'm pretty sure it does not.

This is a 2019 GS M7, but like I said before it is an early one (was built 6/2018). It's also one of the few Admiral Blue 2019's (they switched quickly after). I am guessing that I was early enough in the build that they put that last motors they had laying around into the early 2019 cars before making the switch. No big deal, I plan on running this one as the same way with or without the plaque!

Wouldn’t worry about it, engine is built to the same specs regardless of PCB or not. The engine must be a good one otherwise they would have installed in a Camaro, at least according to a certain member who shall remain nameless

It will remain a mystery. It would only be on the drivers side front under fuel rail.

I’ll be adding $5,000 to the value of my car due to it being rare now!
