Well next update going on 8 weeks in the shop. Voltage to engine control module is not reading correctly. Of course the part I need is on national back order. So let me ask you all this. If this fixes the problem after 8 weeks no car. Can I ask to have 8 weeks added back to my warranty? I’ve been more than patient. Plus thank goodness it’s not my daily driver.
Also one more question. I’ve had the car for 4 months. 2 months in the shop. After being fixed, should I just move on and sell it. It has a warranty till nov 11 2021 bumper to bumper transfers to new owner. I do love the car when I drove it. Looks amazing. So many complements.

Had a fender bender and driver airbag went off. Replaced front impact sensors, main airbag module, and had seat belts repaired. Still have airbag light. What code reader will clear the airbag light?

Dealership is probably the cheapest although most body shops can do it
GM MDI and a subscription for three days would do it also
Well everyone I’m getting ready to go the corvette back today. They think they finally got it fixed. Fingers crossed they do. I guess it was that ignition module. Now do I keep it or get out now!!!! If I keep I will get an extended warranty for sure. Thanks to all for the long 8 week support. This is a great site.
Keep it of course, can you ask the dealer for possible detail why the ignition module may have failed, if you do not mind. And was there a reason for this type failure to occure. Thx for your post and maybe since we are both live in Indiana we will meet some day. Best Regards
Man I’ve driven the car all over the place since picking it up yesterday. Every time I turn car off and then come back I get that Nervous feeling that the check engine light will be back on when I start it. Hasn’t come on once. I think after 8 weeks and 2 engineers I’m good. Don’t want to lip jam myself, but I do love this car.
