Yep. Loved the car but was always worried about leaving it somewhere and wanted a vert. So I drove it for 3 years and sold it for more than I paid. Then I went looking for my perfect car and finally found it. Won’t be selling this one ZO6 Grand Sport
I have a 3LT as well and no issues (yet?) but this is what I would try if I have a problem. Thanks for posting!

Was told you would end up seeing the glue when it dryed but because there is a thin amount of foam under the leather you cannot. Will leave very small pin holes but hard to see. Also I put the needle in then pulled it back to be on top of the foam before injecting the glue. Worked great
sure beats paying $3-5k for gm’s screwup. Hate that Chevy lets down their most loyal customers. Corvette will never be a supercar when they let issues like this and the wheels go on
Yea it sucks that GM wont fix these problems but they arent the only company that has the leather dash problems. I went to several upholstery shops to see if my 3lt dash could be repaired reasonably and they indicated they had repaired Porsche, Jaguar dashes that had the same problem.

As the old saying goes; "No one ( (or) thing ) is perfect "

I tried to save my dash with this method about a year ago, but it just kept shrinking. I got so tired of looking at the leather sticking out of the defrost vent, I bit the bullet and got a new one.
