I added a supercharger a short time ago to my C7... Love the power, want that crisp sound! I'm planning to add headers in the near future and would like an opinion as to which long tube header setup on these cars are the best? I'm primarily looking towards ARH, Stainless Works, Texas Speed, or Kooks. My heart at the moment is saying Stainless Works based on the research I've done, but I could be swayed in any direction based on educated feed back. Thanks to all who offer an opinion.
I love my ARH long tubes...great power and sound. Nick (Owner at ARH) is great to work with and will spare no expense to insure customer satisfaction. I recommend them highly..

Is there a performance diff in the 1 7/8th or 1 /34ts ? prob a really dumb question just wanna order the right set.
depends on who you ask. my opinion is if you are putting headers on a stock engine (intake, ported manifold, etc is stock enough) then get 1 3/4. if you do heads/cam or supercharger, etc then go 1 7/8.
I was thinking of doing a procharger. I just wanna get some good sounds and get the lt1 flowing. I would like some z0 power without having to sell mine and get a z0 lol

Agree... Due to the cost of most of these headers, seems like everyone is doing 1-7/8" upfront planning on future mods. That's the route I'll be going. Considered 2" but I'll never see 800-900hp. Prolly closer to 700-750hp is where I'll stop, so the 1-7/8" will suffice in my case.
So depends how u tune it and and what kinda dyno it's in but those 2 headers are pretty much the same Power
Kooks, ARH, TSP are the top 3. There are subtle differences between them but large price differences.
You will be better served by simply picking one of them and moving on with your life. The time you spend deciding is worth more than the difference, IMO.

Quick decisions for the win.
Ok that was pretty funny. I have to agree at this point. I think I've made my decesion.

Just go to each one of their websites and compare... You'll be able to make your decesion. That's what I did. All are great products, but, at the end of the day you'll see who's is overall the best.
Dunno? Mine is an A&A kit. Made 581hp without headers. That's what started this conversation.
Yea I was just more wondering how much more power headers added after the procharger dyno number. Or if to much flow lowered the boost level at all? I know I should prob just make a diff thred but I figured someone here knows this question.
