I used to feel the same as you.....They have a few good guys and some real ****wads working there.

Didn't you void it anyway? I think if you remove and replace anything it voids the warranty... The power train I should say.

there is always a guy who is going to have a problem with someones customer service. ARH overall is well worth the money.

of course bro. any company that stays in business is doing it right "enough overall." if it was overall bad they would close up shop. I'm just saying as long as you just give them your money and move down the road, customer service is great!

stick to communicating with the arh employees on this forum. if you call them you might get a knucklehead.

btw, I never ever ever give bad reviews. never.....

Service after the sale is paramount. Especially if you have any problems with their product.

exactly, after having the best quality product, there is nothing more important.

the issue is when you have a great product it's easy to get complacent and it's all downhill from there. "yeah we are the best and people will buy ours no matter what."

really? because I just bought two sets of headers with more to come and they weren't arh.... and guess what I will tell everyone who asks my opinion?

and yeah there will always people who can't see it and that's fine. they won't go out of business because of it at least not in the short term, but they will lose business because of it, and the sad part is, maybe they don't even care.

then long term implications.

Kinda why I originally asked about the "best" headers in the beginning... If a product line is top notch, but their service sucks, I'll take the next best, or equally "best" product with better customer service. Lots of little things can go wrong when you start modding cars, or anything for that matter. At the end of the day, most companies live or die on their willingness to go the extra mile for customers, big or small they can fail.

Well from a performance standpoint yup. I haven't had to deal with their customer service after the sale though.

As you said though it's a good way to turn a good sales experience into a long term negative view.

Honestly, if I didn't get the package deal I got on my blower and ARH I would of bought the Texas Speed system. I admire their service and how they stand by their product.

Not if you bolt the original manifold back on before taking it in.

The tunnel plate will add to the cost of the header or we will supply spacers at no additional cost. They should be here in about 6 weeks or so I believe. I'm not positive on the cost increase with the plate yet, but I'll post up when I get confirmation on the increase with the new tunnel plate.
