Sorry to hijack this thread....but your set up is pretty much EXACTLY what I want!! My only question is; Are the braided hoses and fittings used with your LMR catch can all black stainless? And did they come stock with the catch can or are they a custom mod?
Putting out that much HP,I believe you'd take A Z06 in the 1/4 mile.

As for the fueling issue, I plan on going to Baily's Hyperformance for an estimate on a retune, Z06 fuel pump, rail and injectors.

Go with the ECS kit. 1500 novi blower and ARH 1 7/8" catted headers. It is the most proven kit by far and supports huge power in stock form. Doug and Chris are top notch and will get you setup. The car will make around 550-600 without methanol injection and 700 with Alky Control. This setup is good for 10s in the quarter mile.
I would go no cats the F/I will burn out the cats waste of money for them. Just my 2 cents on cats with a blower on the car.... Robert
In some cases, it's not an option. Some of us would like to be catless but would fail our state inspection. So unfortunately, it's a necessary evil.
This, I was wondering about the same thing. I think I reas somewhere ECS can "optimize" the cats. Not sure what that means. I guess somehow making sure they don't blow out. You have a lot more power than I'll be looking to make though (600rwhp) i need mine for NJ inspections and police checks.

Based on conversations with Doug/Chris, if do a conservative tune and stick with restrictor plate (7PSI), you can stick with stock manifolds/cats without issue. I have about 1500 miles on my car with that set-up in NJ and no issue. I made 550 RWHP on winter blend gas. I do have NPP exhaust.
My priorities were reliability, drivability, and emissions. I have the A6 and they felt under 600 RHWP shouldn't create any longevity or reliability issues, unless of course launching on drag radials from every light

My guess is no, simply because he is running the 7 psi plate. I don't think you need Meth until you get above 7 psi with the LT1. Not sure if Doug recommends Meth with the 8 psi plate.
Hi All,
I had to post what I did based on all the great advice I received from everyone.
I went with the ECS supercharger, AR catted headers, and a meth injection kit.
I have to admit, when I took the car in to get the work done, they told me that it wouldn't be the same car when I got it back. To my surprise, that was totally true.
It has the same great road manners when your just crusing along. But stomp that throttle, and your absolutely amazed. For any South Florida guys like me, I highly recommend Lashway Performance. A nice group of guys doing top notch quality work, and great customer service. I owe them for all their help, and advice. Got the car back in perfect condition, and it's been nothing but an absolute blast to drive ever since.
So if your thinking about super charging your C7, it's worth every penny.
I look forward to all the years of fun that lie ahead.
Thanks again everyone for the advice. I really appreciated hearing good stuff from so many folks!
