Yea you're tellin me! Pretty sure I need to reduce my meth but havent been able to get in touch with my tuner to ask him.

Im pretty sure the LT1 is supposed to be targeted at 12.6-12.8 AFR at WOT. in my vid it gets as low as 11.7.

Depends on what the tuner setup stoich at.....
I tend to shoot for .89 to .90 lambda NA and .84 to .85 on boost

12.6 is pretty lean for a boosted engine. When you add boost, the target AFR changes. I like to keep it at 11.9:1 for safety.

I saw your AFR going a bit fat at 13 and bouncing all over. Thinking top fuel and how they get flame outs from time to time. Don't know if that's happening with yours but maybe the fore cylinders are getting a bit more liquid. Julio said it will never go full boogie until 14+/- psi so you may only see 80psi on the meth instead of 150 where it will atomize better.
Keep the dual set up and install 2x7gph then retune. I know that's what I'd be thinking. Was 8.8# boost your peak or did you let off early?

I may have let off a bit early since the CEL started flashing and spooked me..

My AFR is low 11, high 10's at WOT according to my afr gauge but not sure how accurate that is. I'd rather be rich then lean with boost.

OK I think we figured out what is going on with my car! To those of you who thought it was too much meth, including myself, it appears we were not correct. At least, not at this point. The issue appears to be that the spark plug on cylinder 4 has a crack in the porcelain causing that cylinder to misfire. The misfire count on that cylinder was up to 40-50 on a single run which was not all the way up to redline. To confirm our suspicions, we swapped cylinder 4 with cylinder 1 (opposite bank) to see if the issue followed, and of course, it did. So, I am overnighting a full set of new NGK 6510's so I have some spares. I'll install the replacement for that 1 faulty plug and then trek back up to Bradenton for Matt to put it back on the Dyno and get her dialed in just right.

Big thanks to Matt@FSP for being available to me on a Sunday to diag my issue!

good guess, you were on to something for sure! AND.... you won the showcase showdown! unfortunately after paying the taxes on the prizes, there aren't any prizes left! LOL

Surprisingly the car is still driving pretty decent. Since the crack is a hairline crack, its not arc'ing out and causing issues at low RPM's. I think that's how I didn't notice..

Same for me. The only time I knew my car was running like crap was at WOT. You need to go race your z06 buddy again!

that's the plan as soon as I get the new plugs in and have Matt check over the tune on the dyno. I think I should have him this time... specially knowing that I was dead even with him and I was running on 7 cylinders! LOL

So are you keeping the dual set up? Maybe swap in 2x10gph and retune?

As of right now I am keeping them, and not swapping out. Once I get the plug swapped we are going to check it out on the dyno. If there is too much meth we can reconfigure the nozzle setup then.

Not back in the fight just yet, but we got the necessary intel that will end the war with success hahaha! I overnighted some new plugs and will be going back up on Sunday afternoon to have Matt retune it on the Dyno since she will be running right finally. I may even do runday sunday at the Bradenton track right after as it looks like they have that going on that day as well.

Stay tuned!
