I could personally careless and really don't have a dog in this fight since I've removed the secondary cats, and have tuned my car
Anyone wanting to keep the factory warranty intact is really rolling the dice with any aftermarket modification. Everyone has their opinions, and comfortable with which risks they're willing to accept.
This would be true if I weren't running any cats. And, the replacements are green meaning they meet the EPA specs.

So at 10:30 sharp, Matt at 21st Century puts the car on the dyno. Bone stock. It is nice and cold inside the shop. Right around 50 deg. 390.8 rwhp/407.1 torque. Dead center of the box as it were for what they are seeing on a non modified car. Then the tech did the CAI install. Looks way better than the stock air intake system. aFe even packs a license plate frame and a bunch of decals and stickers. My grand daughter has plastered those on her electric Corvette and the 3 wheeled electric trike already. As soon as my ARH mid-length headers get here we will do another set of pulls before and after they are installed. Wth, it's only money ...............
Is it really sound better with AFE or just the excitement make one think it sound better?

Better sound w/o question. This from several others too that have done the install. Having a viewing window built into it that allows people to see the filter is also a plus at shows.

Is it noticeable enough that you don't even have to video/sound record before and after to tell? or right off the bat "oh shiit that sound good"
