Thrust Bearing Failure - A8 Torque Converter Replacement
In short, I commented that failure to install the torque tube correctly could crater the engine. While I *might* have engaged in a bit of hyperbole with that characterization, the reality is that it could cause a thrust bearing failure necessitating a crankshaft replacement (at a minimum)
