Z06 fixed it self??
hi last night I took the Corvette out for a ride and all of a sudden the engine cooling fan was on high speed no AC no temperature reading on the cool gauge. and the fans would not shut off after I turned the car off so I had to unhook the battery the next morning I go out in the garage to take a better look at the car hooked the battery back up and all is good what do you guys think, thanks

Lay your hands upon the hood.
Looking up to the heavens and yell 'HEAL'
Everythings now fixed!
Its MAGIC!!!!
Really its probably just the fan controller that needs to be replaced.

Your profile says your an auto mechanic so it should be easy for you to diagnose…with your scan tool in Global OBD2 and not Enhanced (substituted values) see what your ECT reads…if you have a shorted sensor or the 5 volt reference is shorted to ground the ECT will max out…when that happens the fan will run.

You have a lazy thermostat. You clear it when you unhook the battery. It will come back.

I reread your post.
Since the temp gauge was bottomed out at 0 then I would expect that the fan controller is OK.
If the thermostat was stuck open the car would be running cool.
If the thermostat was stuck closed then the car would be running hot.
Each situation would have given you an indication of the temp on your gauge. It should not have read 0.
I'd check the coolant temp sensor and wiring.

When the water temp sets a code, the temp gauge goes to 0
