I think there is a clamp or something that holds them. If so pop that out. I doubt you'll hurt anything putting pressure on it.

Yep that wire bundle is a PITA. You can get them past with some effort though.

I installed a set of cat delete pipes on my 2016 z06. I didn't need to drop the cradle or jack up the engine or loosen the manifolds to get to the four nuts holding the pipes on. I used a flex head ratchet and went in from the side. I also removed the studs. It was easy to remove the studs, a tiny shot of pb blaster on the threads helped with removal. The other three nuts on each side were easy to get with various length wobble extensions. The o2 sensor plugs and wires were the hardest part of the job.

Badhabit_wb & Internets_ninja were correct with just swinging the wire harness out of the way to get the header in on the passenger side. The drivers side went in by jacking the motor up about an inch or so. I have two four post jacks & made the mistake of using the one without the rolling scissor jack on it, so I had to do everything from underneath or from top of the car. I used a impact with a swivel extension to zap off the cat down pipe from the oem exhaust manifolds. For me I was stressing about not pinching or nicking the wire harness that is coming down behind the block. I took pictures & labeled everything as I was taking it apart so I could remember where everything plugs back in & goes back together.

*BTW....which heat wrap did you guys use again? DEI from summit racing? Also where did you guys order those arp header studs from?
Wondering are you using a lift or just jacked it up on jacks???

Yes sir, I have two four post lifts in my garage. I mistakenly used the one without the rolling scissor jack, thinking I wouldn't need a jack..
