C8 Callaway Owners Thread
To be honest, I was expecting the price to be more than the original target price once they announced that they would be using the Whipple 3.0 liter supercharger.
I am thinking that the $5k over what the LPE supercharger costs will come back down the road when the car is sold. I think that Callaway cars sell for more used over a car with other brands of mods.

Waiting for performance update. I’m not sending in my spec sheet until then. I’m a little upset at the pricing because multiple times through this process it was heavily implied to be under 25k.
I will also have to call and see if I sent axels with the car if they would install them. I’m surprised this isn’t an option with even factory power level cars breaking them. Albeit some user error is involved with any of them snapping under wheel hop.
I know it isn’t necessarily a fair comparison but having a quote with upgraded valves and the Lingenfelter kit for 25k out the door has to be considered.

Been looking at upgrading instead of waiting for the Z. But that's a lot of coin to drop when they still won't even release any specs. Might just go the LPE or Cicio route instead if they drag this out much longer. Too many unknowns still, imo.
