I haven't gotten any OTA on it and no powertrain work has been required. I'm less than a year from warranty expiration at this point so don't care so much, but I did the modifications at ~400 miles. The Lingenfelter guys are outstanding. But like I said, there's a reason Callaway was my first choice! I'm just irritated with their silence.
Look up Redline Motorsports. They are the installer I’m looking into using.
Thank you for the referral. We certainly have gotten a big jump on the positive displacement supercharging of the LT2 Stingray powerplant with great success. The development cars got pushed pretty hard during validation and now that we have been in production install mode since late December the street warriors are out having a blast. Its a very controlled program for a reason most notably due to quality control and consistency as well as some proprietary pieces of the build. We do also offer an "additional" powertrain warranty for those who wish to opt for it.
hoping this beats the Maggie / LPE offering and provides necessary longevity upgrades to valvetrain, clutches, axles.
would be great to see comparative Dynos adding airbox and Callaway exhaust … airbox alone with SC, factory perf exhaust, and airbox with Callaway exhaust. They are proud of that exhaust based upon reputed pricing. Don’t know what to believe these days.
It's looking more and more like they rushed an announcement because LFE and ProCharger had products out in the very near term. I'm still going to wait, but have limited patience...
Macmulkin wanted my build so I contacted Callaway owner care on 3-13 and haven't heard back, so I emailed Mike Zoner on 3-21 and crickets nada, nothing! asking where they were on certification and pricing. Wondering if they got blown out of the water by Lingenfelter or the fact that the ERay will have equal horsepower, the Z06 widebody and all-wheel drive for a similar price point?
Opening up a thread for those with deposits on the new Callaway C8 package. More details should be coming out by the end of the year -- price, power, options, tuning, etc. As there are already Callaway vs Z06 threads, please don't turn this into another one. Both can be had (eventually), so not really a "one or the other" scenario. I own a '21 Z51, so am excited to do the Callaway package, with proprietary install, warranty and tuning via GM blessing. Anyone else have deposits down? The email updates have been great -- looking forward to learning more. Cheers.
spoke to somebody yesterday and it’s going to be soon. Hang tight !
It's looking to me like they knew they were behind so announced early to "freeze" the market. Meanwhile LFE, Procharger and others continue to ship.
It's really frustrating - more than a month with nothing. No comments on progress, price, power, schedule, nothing. Zero transparency with the people who laid down the money.
FWIW from them this morning.... "The good news is that we should be announcing final pricing within the week and performance numbers shortly thereafter. Sorry about the delayed newsletter, but we wanted to wait until we had a significant announcement to make. Production is still scheduled for 2nd Quarter 2023."

That is good news. Hopefully once pricing is available, I can get the additional deposit and paperwork that MacMulkin requires sent to them. I have been hoping to get that done sooner rather than later so that I can get an allocation as soon as my number comes up.
Supercharged C8 Program News Hello Chris, Pricing for the Gen Four Supercharger System and Option pricing for your installation appointment at Callaway Factory.
Today we are announcing pricing and we know how anxious all our production placeholders are. This message will serve as a pricing guide. You will be receiving your installation appointment notice approximately a month in advance of your date, but between now and then, please have a shot at selecting the options you'd like installed during your car's visit to the Factory. Let us know your selections and using the order form, please copy us with your Option requests so that we can be prepared with inventory on your car's arrival.
In the next days, and if the New England weather, tires and traction cooperates, we will have final performance numbers. There is a lot of discussion about power, how to measure it, and to what testing standard. We say the proof is in the pudding, and what really counts is the actual performance numbers from the car, on the road, or in this case, at the dragstrip. You will have those numbers as soon as we can get clean, dry, asphalt. We also know what fast feels like, and our team's predictions from 40 years of doing this stuff is rarely wrong.Folks, We have tried our best to keep our costs of materials and contents as low as possible to bring this system in at our target price. We have had to alter the target price in order to make the right decisions for reliable and exciting power. From a technical point of view, we have done that. The system is robust, thrilling to drive, and includes everything that is within our mantra of doing every car that way we would do it if it were our own. We are wicked pleased with the result. As you all know, the world has changed since last August, and the effects of supply chain difficulties, inflation, shipping and quality have all contributed to the need to accommodate the price changes. We say thanks for your patience and your acceptance. It may be comforting to know that we are only passing along price changes based on actual costs, not profit motives.
Thank you all again for being part of this program. We can’t wait to hear your reports and see your faces after first experiencing your Callaway Supercharged C8!

Just got the email also 👍
exhaust not included on base order .. anybody have this exhaust installed already and can advise on how much louder it is than performance exhaust from GM ?
thank you
Same here. The option list is also kind of meh. LFE has a better set of options, including upgraded axles. I don't know, I guess I'll wait to see the power numbers.
