Yes it looks pretty ordinary, not to mention my house gutters have a better paint job than the C8 as I don't have any flaking issues.
All previous gen corvettes look better design wise. The C8 in terms of design and looks is a total abomination. They turned an icon of a car into a turd looks wise.

Perfectly said, an icon turned into a wannabe exotic on a welfare budget, it looks so cheap in real life it's unreal, the z models will likely take care of that I'm thinking. But it's no longer an iconic corvette with its own personality

He's probably just not blind, but no you're correct, the c8 is absolute perfection looks wise, the rear end flows beautifully and is timeless 😂😂😂, i think ferrari should just give up and hire the corvette design team to make their future line up of cars

This is what a Corvette stands for, killer looks and performance and plenty of room to pack stuff. Black is just stunning, maybe why I have a black one too.
Well, since I'm not ever going to be able to afford a F8, (and I really wouldn't want to if I could...) I'll settle for a C8... I'll bet you that the C8 is better for most things than the F8 is... (utility, comfort, cost and ease of maintenance, repair cost crash repair, insurance...-) Easily 90% of the performance at less than 1/3d the cost...

I think the C8 is fantastic , I will own a C8 hippo car, but do not rag on the previous gens, Ive owned c4-C7 the only one I didnt buy was the C7 ZR1, had C5Z, C6Z06 ,C6ZR1, and C7Z06, the C6ZR1 was faster than the C7 Z06, which is still faster(when not driven buy an idiot) than the C8 base model. Also there is no way in hell the C8Z06 is not TT, the people who say otherwise are the same people who were convinced that Chevy would make a FE and ME car at the same time.

I've driven a lot of fast cars. I'm a car enthusiast not a Corvette enthusiast. I dont need to praise only the car I own. That's the problem with most people here. Only the car they own is the car they talk highly about. As if no other car exists. I drool over my neighbors 911 turbo s and I told him that. I said I'd do anything to get one of those in trade for my z. He said good luck to any 911 owner willing to do that lollzzz. Smart man.

I like the car but its like mating a Great White shark front with a Hammerhead shark back, agressive with timid. . The overall design does not flow well front to back

I agree, no way it's going to be a 600hp car, most people are overlooking the most obvious issue the C8 and every version of the vette since the C7 launched. And that is it has a weight issue. The cars keep getting heavier and heavier. It's a lot cheaper to add hp to an engine than it is to reduce weight on a car. It wouldn't surprise me if the Z06 uses the C7 ZR1 engine. It's cheap and already there.
Ok, not for nothing, but how do you fit that engine into the available space? Where is the accessory drive on a LT4, where is it on a LT2? The LT4 WILL NOT FIT... Get over it. There is no way, repeat, NO WAY to fit a belt driven supercharger in there.
What you will get is a 600hp fpc V8, a turbo V8, and a turbo V8 with hybrid system..
