Your HGM/black interior/red caliper build makes me happy - yes, for you of course, but for me too because it reinforces for me both how classically beautiful it is and how well I believe it will endure through years of ownership. Congrats!
Adrenaline red calipers (rather than Edge Red) I presume?

RPO codes for your reference:
The build above appears to be J6F (which I chose also on my Hyper with Spectra tridents)
I had promised that I will post pictures of my new 2022 C8 Coupe in Hypersonic Gray pictures as soon as I got my new car.
Well, after waiting 10 months here they are, hope you like them.
Beauty! Love the two tone interior. With HSG you can do any color interior. Mine will hopefully be built in the next 3-6 weeks, I went with the Morello dipped and body color accents with my hyper silver HRE wheels!
Good luck with your new car!

Thank you Rbacik.
Good luck with your upcoming new C8 and wish you a wonderful Holiday Season.
Looks like my spec except I went with 2 tone red seats and red calipers. I plan on painting the engine cover red and adding splitter, low spoiler and side rockers from the used market.

While patiently waiting at 3000 status with a 1/17 Shane-confirmed build on an HTC, I'm thinking about exterior mods and such. Has anyone seen HGM with red CORVETTE lettering on the rear? Mine will have GT2 black interior, body color roof, carbon flash trim, plus I'm adding Z51 OEM splitter and rocker covers (both acquired courtesy of our C8 parts classifieds terrific CF members). No wing.
The only nod to color I added is Edge Red calipers. I am considering also adding a CorvetteRacing hood stripe with the tiny bit of red stating Corvette Racing.. I'm thinking about picking up that red with red CORVETTE lettering on the rear...anyone have a pic of an HGM with this, or seen one? So basically I'm asking about red letters over HGM. Note if I did this I'd probably remove the black fish from the trunk lid.

I wish you hadn't posted these photos. I was all set to go with red until I saw your pics. Now I'm not so sure. Beautiful car! You did good.

This is pretty much what I got, but with body color accents and the standard GT1 seats in SCG. Great looking car JohnUSA1.
Thanks jprop, I am glad that you liked my taste.
Just go with what your heart likes, red or gray, then you will be happy with your choice and enjoy your new C8.
I also did consider the red but decided on gray as I think it looks beautiful and classic.
It is all about being happy with your choice, and there is nothing wrong about that, it is all about subjective taste.
I've owned/own three corvettes, 64, 65, and 67, all red. I swore I'd never own another red corvette. Yet, here I am thinking about another red one. Red is a very safe color for a corvette. But, you're right, the gray is a very classy look. I've got to decide soon. The dealer is waiting for my specs. Have fun and thanks for posting pics of your beautiful car.

Colors are so personal. As I drove past the Audi dealership yesterday I saw a C8 convertible in the front row, on the end, obviously doing its job being eye-catching in Torch Red. Naturally I turned back for a closer look. I really dislike this car in Torch Red. Going through the configurator, I could own and enjoy literally any color offered, including Caffeine. TR, no thanks. I realize of course how far into the exception that places me! Which brings me back to....colors are so personal.

HGM is a great new color. My original order was HGM . I had a 21 TR but after seeing Red Mist many times I changed my 22 order to RM. Again all personal.
Not really taken with any of the C8 colors... my c7 was NRB, and I loved it... my wife and I both agreed that Red Mist was the best, but after seeing on the car, decided it was "too pretty"... like zoomba pants on. a Navy Seal... this car is so aggressive, IMHO, you need a more subdued color to really show off the lines, and make it less busy....
I was going to punt, and just get safe, old silver, but my wife prevailed upon me to go with HGM... and its growing on me...I like to focus my hard-earned money on performance options so I sprang for the Z51/Mag shocks, and grey wheels... 1LT with AD Red, Edge Red calipers, and body-colored accents... pretty basic build... has a certain "stealth" element to it.
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
