Just for reference 5000Da Bone Stock 7.95 @93.21 mph, went 93.93 next pass , but slower 60ft. What I am getting at is gains are very hard to come by. Sticky tires are a must. Put stock tires on carlos's car and the results would change.
Since you mentioned it......of course it will be slower maybe a couple of tenths. Matt has been 1.58 60ft just with the Michilen 4s. Most bonestock C8s are going 1.6s 60ft. Carlos last week was running 10.40s just to give you an idea but you may know that by now. Carlos just has a monster bolt-on setup for his c8. And again we are running an average of 1500 DA in south Florida
Just buy a 1 7/8" tube header most are stainless steel. Probably 5hp difference best to worst performers.I would go 2m fab $700. cat deletes included. Cat back $995. So for less than $2000. You Can Get a complete exhaust system. Or spend $6000 or more for about the same product, and the same results. Your choice , but first lay out 40 $100 dollar bills and think what you could do with it. You are chasing about 25 HP, that is about the average increase.

Looking forward on seeing you once again at Bradenton Motorsport with those headers. We are making plans for December 8th test and tune.
Also those ARH headers seem to do wonders with these C8s. Good pick
Am I the only one that had constant issues with headers melting everything in my C8? I ran ARH and had then ceramic coated. Constantly was melting coils, plug wires, and wiring harnesses mostly on passenger side where the radiator in the side vent would blow hot air into the area from behind the radiator. Took them off after about 2 months. I only had issue when driving on track, but this was a track car. Doing 20-30 minutes sessions it just got too hot.
