Question, is it typical to have a TPW that slips? I had a 7/15 and I don't have any indication that it was produced. Just curious if that is common

I was told by the concierge that a TPW is always subject to change.

Congratulations on your new car! I went in the same time and I'm still waiting on my TPW, so you did well.

I"m not a fan of pestering people with constant updates.....so I just got the email from Chevy that the car is on its way to the dealership and I don't want to bug the dealer..does that email correspond to any particular order status code? Seems there are bunch of them. Just curious as my dealer said last week it would probably be about a month and I live in RI.......

nevermind, i see its event code 4200 i believe. So we will see how long it takes to go from KY to RI. yeah buddy

Bug the dealer!
I pick mine up tomorrow, they have had it for almost a month, but in my Defense, I have been in TN, and NV and picking it up in ID.
It took them some time to tint the windows and ceramic coating, so part of it was them because of how busy their outsource is.

I know LOL, i just hate to be that guy sometimes....its not like its something really important in life, its a luxury sports car but excitement erodes patience lol

Not sure how long the dealer will have it to do their thing but I have to get the appointment with my ppf person here to do the car and windows. Decision is going to be how much ppf do i do? Whole car?

Here are the pictures of the car the dealership sent me...I went basic on the trim level on the interior...to me this car is all about the engine but maybe I shouldn't have skimped on the inside but its still a good looking interior. The only thing I regret is not getting the CCB's. I didn't want the Z07 package but maybe I'll buy the brakes aftermarket.

Anyway, there is no way i'm getting 500 miles on it before i put it away for the winter but next spring is gonna be fun!

did not PPF, just ceramic coated.
I rarely PPF cars.
Truth be told, I have not even driven it.
My SO caught me building it and I got in trouble for buying another car.
The specs on this car were her specs, not mine.
It is the HTC, and I have not really been able to take photos yet.
Not an orange person, but I absolutely love the color. It really looks awesome in person.
I probably won't drive the car till we get to a different state.
Right now we are in Idaho visiting our grand kids. they love the car.
At the same time, I got on their ZR1 list, not that I think I have a chance, it is a low volume dealership.
Here are some photos with her with the salesman learning about the car, at Home Depot and at home in ID
