So you select C3 under the Welcome, C4Cruiser section, the page reloads, and then the source code shows you should have the C4 logo? What logo did you see?

Since your username pertains to the C4, was that a typo when you said you clicked on the C3 link?

It looks like the string got truncated, but it shows /c4_corvettelogo.png

I did click on the C3 logo. But the C7 logo still shows up at the top of the window. I thought it was strange that the C4 logo filename showed up

Tried one more time. I selected the C3 logo and got this:

background:url("https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/images/misc/c7_corvettelogo.png") no-repeat ;

c7_corvettelogo.png again

Your first results of selecting C3 and the source code showing the C4 logo but you actually seeing C7 logo suggest a cache issue. If the source code shown the C4 logo, that's what your browser was told to display.

In case it helps any one...
i have
Windows 7
FF 25

First i went to options->privacy -> remove individual cookies
scrolled down, found forums.corvetteforum.com in the list and clicked "remove cookies" button
that no work....

I clicked help-> about and it updated FF to version 26
then it made me restart FF.

I clicked C3 again and now it displays proper logo

EDIT: Well that sucks....it only worked once !!! my links are C3 no matter what generation i pick, I'm fine with that. But I wish the LOGO would change. Mine is STUCK at C7 Logo

Clicking the generations links doesn't work for me on my Win7 pc at home (IE and FF), my Win 8 pc at the office (IE, FF and Opera), my iPad tablet (Safari) or my Samsung phone (browser).

Deleted all cookies and cache and deleted all saved forms info as well just to be sure.

The only two things that will really change are the CorvetteForum logo in the upper-left and the links on the left side column. The differences between the CorvetteForum logos aren't extremely noticeable and have fooled some already into thinking nothing was changing when in fact the logo was changing. Like I said in this post:
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/1585697859-post15.html

The CorvetteForum logo change is the biggest change you will see:

c7

c6

c5

c4

c3

c2

c1

Not rendering correctly for me with Chrome on Windows. Note the links on the left, they are there, but not visible:

Works on IE, but I refuse to use it for any extended periods of time.

You should have included at least one color-blind person in your testing. Most of the site is invisible to me now.

I'm also having the same problem as the others regarding changing the skin in FF.

A few, but nothing new. Chrome to phone, translate, and Ad Block.

Disabling AB does nothing. It's okay though, I'll just ignore the left bar. But I have to say the new layout is a regression from the previous.

You might try it again because Ad block does in fact block the CSS from the remote server which causes the issue you describe. It has done that for some time.

Nope. I disabled it on this domain and restarted. nada.

BTW, this system is a dedicated browsing machine and has not changed configuration in about 2 years.

BINGO!!! We have a winner!!! Ding ding ding ding!!!!
In fact, when I did this, it remembered that during my testing, the last one I tried was C3 or C4, can't remember which but that came up when I did the change to default 2014, and now it will change to whatever I click on.

JT, this IS the fix!!!!!

The CSS for that column is not served by CorvetteForum's domain, so disabling ABP on CorvetteForum likely won't change since the domain serving that CSS is still blocked. Try disabling ABP as an extension and then reload the page.

This issue was reported some months back by some ABP users. With different configurations in ABP, results may vary, but it is due to ABP.

Thanks for the update. Are you using a mobile device? The Lightweight style is for mobile devices. I hadn't considered mobile devices.

I think I confused you. The links are there, they are not being blocked. They have changed color to a "viewed link" and it almost exactly matches the background color. Here they are highlighted with a mouse drag:
