Default site change

site graphic sizing has changed and the tree listing under last post has been removed.
i logged out and in and the trouble is still there.
link tree that allows clicking on last entry to return
to sub forum is needed.

Change it back to what was working. This looks horrible and is less user friendly.

Put the tree listing back under the last post. Why does this get removed with almost every major change?

I don't think the site graphic sizing has changed, but please provide an example so I can verify. What did change was some added padding. Aside from the breadcrumb missing at the bottom, is there a technical issue with the change?

Ready, Fire......Aim!!!!!

And now, where's the option to change the text size? Good going IB, you implemented a "fix" before even bothering to test anything.

They may, but I don't think they get the members involved. Guess the "Steering Committee" forum isn't relevant to this sort of change. Might have been a good idea for IB staff to give us a heads up in that section and even provide some samples of what the change would look like and why it's better. Seems to me that's what was done when I worked in an IT section......

The breadcrumb at the bottom is a critical benefit, to prevent the need to scroll back to the top when making a forum direction change.

Did you add, or remove, padding?

The menu appearance in the post & reply to post is now the more brief Android style menu, that will take time to become familiar.

The removal of YT and other link buttons needs to be reconsidered.

I tried to do a "cut and paste", in order to quote and discuss two similar posts, in a topic. I can't, unless I do something with "clipboard". The last time I researched this clipboard deal, what I found is that A) it isn't compatible with Win10, supposedly, and B) I haven't got a &^%$!!@ clue how to use this clipboard deal, even if it does work with Win10.

As others have already commented, it appears that something that wasn't broken, has been "fixed"...………...

I've no idea where the 'COMMUNITY' lock went but this format that I was greeted with this evening sure leaves it seems much to be desired!!

I can't understand the benefit to the change - it is a pain in the behind!

What is the issue you're having with the text size? You mean as you read text posted by others? If so, I'm not seeing that issue and no other member has reported that issue to my knowledge. If the text size posted by members looks way different, I'd suggest you make sure you browser doesn't have zoom enabled. That is done per site so you could have it enabled here and not other sites. Sites generally don't display correctly with zoom enabled by the browser.

If you're referring to the ability for you to change text size for your own replies, that option is still available.

Any guidance from the IB staff would be appreciated. The prior layout was much more intuitive. Thanks.
