Kurt,
The Kpa reading (Kilopascals) dropping is an indication of restriction before the manifold measured by the MAP sensor. It could be the TB, MAF, Bridge, Air Filter, etc. The manifold is developing vacuum at WFO. Basically, it's not getting all the air it wants. Normal Kpa readings are a little over 100 at sea level. Mine was going down to 91-92 up top.
We've got emmissions inspection up here. They look for a pump and a MAF. I have what looks like a functioning pump. Other than that, I can poor raw fuel out the exhaust as long as no codes pop. Last time I got emmission inspection the guy asked me if there were any codes. I replied "None that you'll ever see". He laughed and passed me.

Old numbers on Ed's DJ Dyno 513/469
New Numbers on Va Speed DJ
BASELINE: 510/470 (with 4 inch downtube and 85mm MAF)
FINAL: 521RWHP - 480RWT (Ed's still tuning) PowrMAF 100mm MAF
I'l post up a graph when Ed sends it to me. The tip in has always been nuts. I makes 380RWT at 2200RPM and 400 from 3k up. The biggest surprise about the car is how it drives..
