So what did the RPM build up cost you including shipping both ways so I know what to look forward to? LOL

a MILLLLLLLLION DOLLARSSSSSSS

new update for the night
engine bay is almost done...lacking motiviation to work long and hard
did the rack/tierods/flarenut fittings/steering wiring, powersteering cooler is tightened, waterpump installed, plugs installed, radiator, and fans...think thats it
tomorrow AM gotta do rad support and shroud along with the front springy spoiler thingy, alternator, and belt, and Im done until my adjustable pushrod comes in...then I'll quadruple check pushrod length and put my vavletrain/valvecovers/coilpacks back together and finish up my engine bay
hopefully next week IPS will have my custom mafless intake tube ready to roll

Good deal! Hope you get the performance you are looking for in the cam change! The head/cam stuff isn't real bad...at least so far. I am not sure I would attempt the drivetrain/clutch - especially by myself!

I gotta hear this cam! What heads are you running with it? Are they milled? Im running the Cartek stage 4 heads and I have a baby (I mean BABY) cam and they told me I needed my pistons notched.

235 243 620 623 111+3 LSL comp grind
stock pistons
TFS 215 heads milled .018 to 61cc combustion chambers

guys i worked my *** off yesterday...i quit aroiund 6pm to take the wife to dinner so from 11am to 6 with multiple beer breaks

got the trans installed, diff install, rear cradle in, all electrical connections plugged back up, brake lines snapped back in place, ebrake lines installed, calipers reinstalled, wheels are ready to be bolted up in the back and the front. I installed the tunnel plate and quit for the night...after i get back from cracker barrel for breakfast im going to slap on my x pipe, screw in my wideband, line up the exhaust, bolt up the wheels and might go the old fashion way to get my valvetrain back installed 1/2- 5/8 turn of preload (if i get this then my 7.550 pushrods should still be good...ill be doing this since my pushrod checker never came in. If all is well there bolt up the rest of the valvetrain and valvecovers/coil packs/plug wires slap on my air bridge and fire it up....might get a startup vid for the vid/pic ******
HAPPY EASTER GUYS

The Z06 Lives again!
started puttZin around about 1...had it running at 630pm...had to jump it off the battery was dead
got a vibe in the exhaust....forgot to tighten up the 2 13mm hanger bolts other than that...it fired right up...engine bay was noisy as **** for a couple minutes but quietened up after a couple min and a few low rpm holding revs
heres the initial startup
