DBN, I would love to see your coil over set up, the Pfadts have worked well for me, but I'm always looking for improvements.

Rob,how close are you to making your first shake down runs? Hopefully we will get some feed back soon. I trust that everything is still a go with no negative circumstances encountered. Video please...I want to hear that sucker screaming at 9000 revs.

It's been an uphill battle but Rob is holding steadfast to his schedule.

Probably 2 weeks out but I have to creep up on the rpm. Want to play it safe. I have alot of little bugs (not worms) to work out. Some have to be figured out on the strip. Tirecraft Mark has been bustin' his hump trying to help get my car track worthy. Alot of late night re-engineering things that are supposed to be bolt-ins.

Hey Mark, is that why my car has just been sitting parked at Kevin's with nothing happening.

Rob, nice meeting up with you yesterday. Your setup looks great.

Having a tough time ironing out all the kinks esp with the computer. I'll be happy to get back to where I left off. I'm going to run the car hard, no doubt, but sneaking into the 8's is unlikely for me at this time. Too many computer glitches, bolt on's that don't bolt on, and not enough tools and resources to get the all the necessary R&D in. Got to keep it fun too. I have no expectations other than to figure out how to make the car run well. I'll take some test passes soon.

Yeah isn't it funny how parts that are claimed to be direct fit end up needing some extra loving?

Hopefully you will eventually be able to work out all of the computer glitches. Go out and have some fun and what it runs is what it is for the time being.

I took some shakedown passes with some of the new minor mods. Best pass was 9.7@127. Best mph was 145+. This puts me back to about where I was last year. There's still alot of tuning to do. My goal right now is to go faster than previous.
