I received the following request from forum member runner140* today asking for help in resolving multiple charges for his forum supporting membership. Could someone look into this for him and respond back to the member with a resolution? Thanks.

Jack, I need your help. On July, my PayPal acct was debited for $25.00 by corvetteforum.

Then, on July 26th, I was billed and paid another $25.00.

I paid twice, please help.

Jack, thanks for getting back to me. The payments are for an upgraded supporting membership/subscription. First payment was from PayPal on July 22nd and was an annual automatic debit from my PayPal account.

The second payment was on July 26th and paid by me because I was billed. (foregot it was an automatic debit to my account.)

Both payments were for $25.00 and both came from my PayPal account.

Hello team, I'd like to upgrade my subscription from 25 silver to 50 gold. The auto renewal went through today for the 25 before I could remember to switch. Can I pay the difference?

You asked in this thread:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...p-payment.html

I responded:
Are you paying via PayPal? If so, log into your PayPal account, go to Settings, Payments and Preapproved Payments. There you can find the CorvetteForum subscription and cancel the subscription.

Done...Thank you. Now, as a follow-up, can I sign up again without an auto renewal?

Question #1: How do I contact a specific Moderator> I can't see any hyperlink to do so?
When viewing their profile, there is a Send Message in the left section of the profile to Send a PM or Email - depending upon how the member allows to be contacted.

If viewing a post, click on their username next to the left side of their post and there will be similar contact options.

Thank you very much in advance for your assistance. Sunny
I would really suggest taking some time to browse around and try the forums. The forums have been around, in this form, for some 10 years. Taking the time to browse around and use the forum will answer your questions. I would also suggest you read the Announcements and Stickies as they contain important and frequently asked information.

I would also suggest reading the Forum FAQ:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/faq.php

And would also suggest reading the Help Guide:

I've sold my corvette and need to cancel my membership, or at least the auto payment. I can't find how to do that. Thank you

If you've used PayPal:

https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/a...yments-FAQ2327

Start at the "If you have set up a recurring payment, a subscription, or automatic billing with a merchant, you can cancel your pending payments:" section

What do you mean? Your post shows your Supporting Membership status as shown in my attachment. Logs show you're good until 2018 as you renewed another year a few days ago.

JT and All,
Just checking in. I exchanged a few PMs with JT and he said he forwarded my request but just found this thread and am following up.

I joined back in March and completed my membership package. It has been almost 4 months still awaiting Stickers/Pint Glass.

On May 11th, I asked a second time about your membership package. I will send another note. I don't directly handle membership packages so I have to pass the request to the team that does.

I do not see any issue with your account. Your displayed status shows Lifetime Supporting Member as you are.

If there's an issue, please provide some details so we can review.

Thanks.

I know it's been 5 years since I joined as a lifetime supporting member but I never received a t-shirt or stickers. I would like same though if it's not too late. Thanks.
