Dave from CAM talked to Sonny today (I've been too under the weather to make phone calls) and said he was a tad forgetful, but pretty much back to normal, not at all like late last week! I'm glad the med change made a huge impact in how he was doing.
They wanted to keep him in the hospital for 10 more days, but Sonny was like, Hell no! And left. :-) He said he has pretty much zero memory from before the accident until this Saturday.
He said he's already getting the motorcycle repaired. I heard Lisa was only a little freaked about that. :-) (Hi Lisa!)
Now if we can just Sonny in the 200 club at Maxton this year!
I'm working with some Forum members to do a show to benefit Sonny on Feb 24 between Richmond and Hampton Roads....more to come later this week.
The 24th is the same day as the National Corvette Challenge race and show in Richmond. I know there was some talk of trying to get some sort of benefit tied together with the Challenge, is that not going to be able to happen?
It was great to see and talk to and Lisa today Sonny. You looked good brother. Let me know when you want to go down to Jeff's and we can set it up. Later. Scott
