From what I remember Ernie sold the business several years back and stayed on to run it. That’s when he started doing more posting and the ask willcox threads. I think Ernie has stepped away from the business completely now. He no longer posts under the Wilcox screen name, I think it’s just someone posting sales.

Wilcox is now ordering from aaadirect.com
Finally received my 2 month old order from Wilcox. Was very disappointed to find aaadirect parts. I paid the premium price for garbage. The parts are manufactured incorrect and don't fit. Wilcox is again not answering phones. I tried to get satisfaction from aaadirect. What a joke. They weren't even concerned that parts are incorrect. Where to spend more on garbage parts now?

I bought power steering control valve directly from them. Took forever to get it. They included a core charge which has not been returned in over a month. They don’t answer email and the phone does not work. I assume my core charge is gone. I strongly recommend avoiding Wilcox.

7 total days of calling Wilcox with no answer and no way of leaving a message. Additionally, email tracking shows they've opened my email(s) at least 5 times, but no responses.
It's been 45 days since my order with no product, no returned calls, and no returned emails. No more Wilcox for me.

Well, someone is still there. I finally received the download link for my assembly manual yesterday. So keep the faith for those of you that have backorders. I did send emails and messages through ebay so I'm not sure if this made any difference.
