I was scammed by ronihgens@gmail.com. Also under phone number 4302570290. May go by a Forum name of Compa. Hijacked a request to purchase C4 rims.
I’m an idiot. 🤦

Sorry to hear you were scammed by vomop. If you have not already done so, please file a complaint with PayPal and the credit card or bank you used to fund the purchase. Scammers typically insist on being paid through a method that cannot be reversed, but at the least perhaps they would ban the scam account. You may have better luck getting the charge reversed through a credit card or bank.
I note that the email addresses Eat_food@yahoo.com, sbmwbdrafesgd@gmail.com and the PayPal ID @Nateclark1971 are listed in our sticky thread of known scammer contacts:

Can we turn off the feature to email directly? Requiring direct messages would allow us to see feedback or for you to kill their profile.
I posted a wtb ad and had what i thought was a legitimate guy parting out C5's, but he started off with a direct email. We exchanged a number of emails about details that seemed legit, now ghosted after payment and a million excuses.

Can you tell me what CF username is associated with autopartsjeff@gmail.com? Because CF is the one that generated the email to me.
Jason
Good suggestion on the emails. Each user can elect not to receive emails from other users in their user control panel, but it would be more effective to remove that for everybody. I'll ask the tech folks at IB if it can be done.
Neither of the email addresses you referenced has been used to register at CorvetteForum. I'll add those addresses to the sticky scammer contacts thread.
Pretty sure I was just contacted by a scammer in regard to an item in the classified. I noted "PM Sent" in the listing post shortly after sending a PM to the longstanding member who had listed the items. PM I recieved shortly after was from what appears to be a new account with only a couple posts, including PayPal instructions to an AOL account. lol On quick glance, it didn't appear to be one of the AOL emails listed in the scammer list above. This was the PM I received:

Sent $125 through Zelle. My bank flagged it, hopefully in time. Never ever send money as friends and family. You lose all protections. I don’t even use Zelle because once the money goes, it’s gone. Ya know?
It is on the list but just to confirm someone with Zelle Technologies LLC email: zeletechnologies@gmail.com was trying to scam me and pretend he was selling a 2016 C7.
