To remove the refill, squeeze the lock on the bottom end of the wiper arm assembly. Then you pull the refill out from the 4 locations with tabs to hold it in place.

To remove the complete wiper blade assembly, it is spring loaded to hold a small knob on the arm to the assembly. Flex the assembly enough to disengage the knob and pull.
