Expect to Pay a Lot More than Sticker for a Z06
Let the bidding begin. I mean, come on, you had to know that with so many people wanting the new Z06, some dealerships were bound to push their asking prices up.
LMR has done it again with a twin-turbo C7 delivering a quarter-mile time of 9.39 at 155 mph.
Motor Trend seems to have all the fun. They get Ferraris, Porsches and all other sorts of super exotica. They were also able to score one of the first drives of the new Corvette Z06. Determining from the video after the jump, the car is heroic.
The 2015 Corvette Z06 hasn’t even hit the streets yet, but Hennessey is ready to give it 1,000 horsepower.
Sixteen MPG combined isn’t bad for a car with 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque that will do zero to 60 in under three seconds. Then again, if it’s amazing fuel economy numbers you’re looking for, you probably stumbled on the wrong website.
