Finishing Touches Make the C7 Corvette Even Better

Sometimes all a car really needs is that one last finishing touch to really make it the car you wanted. A different set of wheels, a touch of extra trim on the interior, or if you are like Corvette Forum member, nmvettec7, an exhaust finishing plate.

The quad exhaust that has been a signature on the Corvette for so long looks great, but for some people that big open gap in the bumper is just too much. nmvettec7 decided that a clean stainless finisher was just what the doctor ordered for his C7, and I have to agree with him.

The plate was just a simple item off eBay with a cost of less than $100, and it really gives the rear end a much cleaner look. If I had to make any change to it, it would be using a black plate, so it fits into the bumper a bit better, but otherwise I think it looks great. I am not the only one, either. Not long after he posted up his photos of the car, there were a few other owners that chimed in with pics of their own finishing plates. One of them even has brake-activated LEDs, so the tail of the Corvette looks as mean as its growling exhaust sounds.

Can I get a hell yeah for that?

If you are interested in adding that last little detail to your Corvette, why don’t you go give the thread a peek and see if this is just what you are looking for.
