Welp...it's official now. I.....................................AM ........................................ .....wait for it.....................................w ait for it...................................... ..................................FINISHED!
The new amp fixed everything. We did some more tuning (required a touch up) and she gets down boy! Gave a demo session to some folks that have never heard a competition SQL build. They were floored (good reactions and smiles all around). The most common reaction was "I had no idea a stereo could sound THAT good." All drivers are broken in, properly powered, and tuned. We're 100% ready to start competing next year. It' going to be interesting, that's for sure. I'm stoked.

Sure we've heard that before But as you know of the final product.

As requested (and promised). My bad for it taking this long...been working on my truck so much lately. This is my final curve without rear drivers playing. This is the best it's sounded, and I'm happy. FWIW, this is with the outputs at 50%. Put another way, this gets loud enough to hurt you if you're not careful. LOL!
What's with the misfire at 700hz? Now we have to see pics of the truck!!!
Not a misfire dude...just the characteristic of the environment. The speakers were EQ'd damn near perfectly. But when you play them all together, they (as well as the environment) affect each other.
And as requested. ZO6 on the top, my tuck on the bottom.
UPDATE: Some of you may be upset (don't be)...but I pulled the TW5s out of the ZO6. I had to. I found out that my 10s were actually hitting the floor of my truck. (See below pic) They just have too much excursion for the available room. So, my solution was to do a sub swap. The Daytons (from the truck) are going into the ZO6. Good news is, neither of the boxes will need to be changed other than opening the holes on the truck box, and making baffles for the ZO6 box. I'm honestly not upset about it...those TW5s are so impressive that you couldn't even let them eat in the ZO6. They were so stupid that you could really hurt yourself or the car. And the Daytons have proven to be very musical and beautiful...AND they'll fit perfectly in the ZO6 box. Giving them 600W RMS (they only need 350W) each is an easy day for them. I have zero doubt that they will be amazing in the ZO6 as well...and they'll have enough room to breathe and fire as extreme as they'd like. So fear not...the vette will still hammer.
I suppose the quest for audio nirvana really is never ending. But HOLY EVER LOVIN' BEJESUS does the truck sound awesome! Since it's my daily...it deserves the better gear. The lighter Daytons are a "better" fit in the performance based Z.
