BUYER BEWARE on this car. It was located in Boca Raton nearby my house last year. I took a look at it and it was a disaster. The car is now Silver, but was originally Mossport Green. It has a One-Piece Eckler's nose, and the Eckler's sticker is still under the driver side fender. At one time, there was an aftermarket A/C unit installed, but since has been blocked off with a lousy fiberglass repair.

Looks like he put a lot of work and parts into it, but one piece noses and color changes make this a difficult buy at anything over $30k. He paid in the $20ks for this. I passed on it at $25k last year. On a positive note, it does have the ORIGINAL 300hp MOTOR.

Good luck,
Steve

Very welcome Jim. Glad I can be of help to any fellow members here. I found two more photos on my laptop from last December 2019 when I looked at it. The guy who was selling it back then was a very nice guy named Steve, who was the son in law of the elderly woman who owned it. She lived in Le Lac, one of the nicest areas of Boca Raton mansions. You can Google John Henry (Boston Red Sox owner) home in Boca Raton and see what kind of guard gated community this car was in. They were neighbors.

She owned it for many years, and the car looked like it had taken a lot of abuse over the years. The son in law knew very little about Corvettes, so I sent him a list of about 25 things that needed to be addressed on the car which he added to his eBay listing.

Steve

Don't know if it's the lighting or what. but the trim tag is in much better shape than the rest of the car.

So, if I read this right it is supposed to be original paint? If so, where are the FI emblems or the holes for them?
