i disagree for an outside shop nothing is better then raw concrete.....oil, weld splatter, gas, acid, paint , polyurethane glue....all can just be scaped up...once you paint a garage floor you will be doing it forever....now for an in side shop or basement floor you need to seal it or the concrete dust will drive you nuts
Yeah..Very nice.
Again if it is the guy I am thinking of he has a sick collection of bad azz rides..including F 40 Ferarri, Lexus w/power adder that runs mid 10's,

I put epoxy on mine when it was new. Best money Ive ever spent. Its so easy to clean and tough as nails. I have a few spots where weld splatter burned it. but thats it. Ive got adhesives, etc on it and just clean stuff like that up with laquer thinner and a rag.
I hate epoxy sealer. Get's scratched to easy from dragin the jack across and parts also. But it does look good. And the scratches are all under the parked car.
Come to think of it I don't know if it was epoxy sealer. My dad painted it on. It was called h and c or something.

My garage is 30x26 with an attached shed in back for the yard stuff and snowblowers. It also has an attached 8x26 patio on one side with the roof extended over that.
I am in my garage 6 days a week in the spring and fall; 3-4 days a week in the summer and winter is only as needed......

Tell us more about the wreckage,
Should be a Rolls Royce Merlin. I think Packard also built engines that powered the P-51. Same Merlin engine, just built by them.
I wouldn't have a garage that wasn't functional. But functional to me should only be automotive related. My garage is detached so of course there would be no washer or dryer. I'd prefer to get all the garden tools, lawn mowers etc out of my garage, but have no where else to put them. I'd also love to have a separate space for my table saw, and other woodworking tools. I don't have any junk furniture, or spare household junk in the garage though.

Found my dream house about 9 years ago. Not a fancy place but his and hers garages! Functional and clean. About 4000 sq ft total. But my work van sits outside because it's too tall .
