You mean with the wife's car, the washer and dryer, a few bicycles, shelves with boxes of stuff packed away, the big toy box, the trash can, and so on?

Lawn chairs, folding tables, shelves with laundry stuff?

And enough room to get your Vettes in if you stuff the nose of one under the rear of the other?

I'm having to do a bit of work on getting the other kind back.

Know anyone who would like to help build a garage?

Mine is quite functional.
You can barely walk around to get at stuff.
I need to share with kids bike, dirtbike, and wifey's Harley.
This give an idea of the room. This is the clean side.

I love the perception that a "Dream Garage" is not fucntional. I would classify mine as a dream garage but it is fully functional. The differance is I clean up when done, and store everything away in cabniets or the like. I have seen many NASCAR garages where you could eat off the floor but it is fully functional; to the max. As a matter of fact most of your dream garages I would consider even more functional as you can find what you are looking for quickly and easily.....just my two cent.

Daaaaaum. How did you get one of those? How many cylinders? What displacement? I got friends that collect guns. They think they impress me with their big *** guns. I wish I had something like that in my garage. Put that puny thing away, step over here and check out my 1200 hp engine. I need it for protection.

For too many years I was bumping into sh*t in my 2 car garage. I can't work efficiently in a cramped space. Three years ago I had this built with my new house. I would say my garage is functional.

I'm not speaking for the original poster but I think he was refering to us poor folks that consider a garage functional as one that we might be able to stuff most of our belongings into

When I think "Dream Garage" I think more along the lines of a work shop that I could park my toys in and I envy the hell out of you guys that have these Dream Garages
