Poor Vette, it has been sitting neglected for these past few months....But I am signing the papers on my first house tomorrow, so the Vette will have a new garage to stay in (no more cold winter days in the snow)
Updates on the interior will follow shortly after I get settled in...
oooh, I see the DIRTY BIRD!!!
Fix the broken links from Carcraft bitch!
I will now bookmark this thread and keep up-to-date on the project. I want to make sure I dont lose the bet!
Guess who this is yet?
Sorry for the lack of progress....I bought a house with my girlfriend sometime last fall (I can never remember important dates) and have been quite busy painting and keeping the house up...On top of that I just got engaged in January, so now I have a wedding to look forward to planning...In all the excitement I have neglected the corvette quite a bit, but on the plus side she has a new garage to live in, and we just got it insulated and sheetrocked. I cannot afford to keep it heated all winter long up here in MN, so once the temps creep up around 50 or so I will resume wiring and fiberglassing....

I use the same type of heater. Start watching the home improvement stores and sears for them to go on sale. I bought mine at the beginning of summer a few years ago for about 60% off.
Ok, this is what I got done in the past two nights, I got the fuel injection harness cut and soldered to length, tonight I will rip out the last little bits of wiring remaining in the car and might get back to glassing if de-wiring goes well.....
I knew it was inevitable I would restart the upright section of the dash, and as in my previous revisions I like the new one 10x better...I have a cute little drawing I did, I will post it tomorrow and hopefully get some more work done....
I made a new sketch a few minutes ago, here is what I am thinking I will do (I know it isn't perfect scale, but anyway its the idea that counts)....Hopefully I get a little more work done tonight....
I am thinking I will paint it Cyber Gray like the new vettes, I think it will look good with my currect exterior color and will still look good when I get the exterior repainted eventually...(Not decided on future exterior color yet)
