Sly's 69......

All 3 of the 69s will be back in primer at the beginning of the week, then disassembly to jam,and paint.....
Some guys have all the luck!He recently retired from many years as a fireman,so Mark deserves it!I didn't take pictures last night, but she is mostly wet-sanded,and I started buffing, and will get them on here soon, but anyways....we changed all the interior over from the red to black, and once buffed initially......she is ready to start putting back together.
I wasn't too crazy about the color at first when I jammed the doors/car,so used a white sealer on to body to lighten it up some, and is going to be very beautiful out in the sun light.

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

This outta be a pretty awesome car when it is put back together w/all the fresh interior, new carpet, new stereo, chrome side pipes, rechromed bumpers, and luggage rack, and a black convertible top.
The paint has grown on me,but they all do.

Techno gray...paint code 75sly for OUR "SLY"!
Cheers Sly,and congrates on the retirement from the fire dept.,and all the years of service!
Here's some dusty pics,but........she is coming together.

Waiting on the weatherstrip, and a few other parts, but moving along nicely.

stripping Jack's roadster.Man...I can't wait to shake this baby down!By far,my favorite car in the shop including mine!

notice the blue 69 Bb that I did awhile back, and hung a front clip.It came back bumped in the front again, but this time insurance, and going ahead, and painting the rest of the car this time.Last time...I just blended onto the doors, and customer wished I had painted the whole car.Guess,he got his chance, huh?

busy,busy,busy.....Have to have the Porche done by Friday am,Mark's done by the weekend, except a few things he can help finish while he is here, and the BB blue done before I can leave for TX.Taking some of my cars, and Jack's 68,and Don's 69 to finish out.
