really none of my business...but am just getting ready to put my body back on the frame of my corvette - i cant help but wonder why in the world you would finish the engine compartment, finish the interior - and then do the messy body work....

wouldnt it be better to do all the body work on the car....paint it..then lift it off the frame?....(this is how i did it) ... then when you are finished with frame and engine (and as much as you can finishe on the car body) you can lower your nicely painted (finished) body onto a finished frame/engine assembly and all you have left is the interior and misc.....but nothing messy!

i cant imagine how much time goes into taping and covering your (finished) stuff to keep it from getting messy (which...i cant see how youre ever going to get it clean again)????

That was due to a planning error on my part...but it's all good and I'm sure that with Kevins Eye for detail I will probably get it back cleaner than when he picked it up.

I keep looking for vette pics and all I keep seeing is PET pics. I am almost ready to start posting pics of my cats.

Ahhh, the mud work begins. That's the fun part for me. Getting it all straight. It looks like someone took a grinder to that car at some point in its past. Lots -O- gouges.
