So, what did you run and what did he run on that pass? Tell me what his e.t. and speed was and I'll tell you if he was an LT1 or an LS1 version. I'm guessing the engine setup you described would put you into the mid 12s. Am I right?

I dont remmeber what his times were that was like almost a yr ago?? i think i was running lower twelves like 12.10 and 12.30 range
I think my best of the day was a 12.08 not bad for diving the car there (1 hr) and driving back home after and it being an all steel full interior car!!

Thank you very much Sly!!
it is a very nice looking car but has its flaws. there is a run or 2 in the paint a few scratches and i have a ton of work to do on the interior!!
but i have barely had the car a yr and will get-r-dun eventually 1 piece at a time!! She has a couple body repairs one to the drives rear and one to the passenger front fender, But thats why i bought it so i can drive it (enjoy it) and not worry about messin up a mint classic!!
thanx again Tony

P.S. ask Kevin i am always naggin him about parts and if he can cut me a deal!!! LOL

Have you ever considered keeping the jacuzzi and the boat but selling the wife?

With a jacuzzi, boat and vette you should be able to replace the wife with a younger model!

Who in their right mind would want to train a new woman???

And yes, I will wait just like everyone else has and the rewards will be great!!!
I have nothing but respect for Kevin and his talents, and even if I only get limited driving time this year there are many other years waiting for me in the future!!!

Nice secretary there Kev!!! She looks very proficient!!!

Sorry the batt. disconnect was a suprise. I forgot I ordered it!!! (CRS) If you are too busy please just mount the sensor and I will take care of the rest. Pretty trick item, isn't it?
Mark

vettebuyer......that is probably the BEST picture of the paint on this car.It needs redone. It looks good from a distance, but if you get right up on....hell....even 10 feet...she has mucho flaws.I am going to redo it this coming winter. This is my first vett convertible that I have had in the summer, and trying to enjoy it before it gets all torn apart.

Fair enough. Everyone asks why Im tearing down the '69 after the nice pics I have of it, but paint simply looks better in a pic.

Still... keys laying on a car make me a little... uncomfortable....
