2 69's went thru A green 427/400 car for 34 and a blue 435 car for over 50 don't forget the 10% buyers fee.
I don't think the #'s are way out of line , very soft market right now

The green 69 427/400 is really sharp looking with side exhaust, aftermarket wheels and a L88 hood, and seems like a great price at 35k for the looks of it.And 55k is a great price for the other 69IF it is a real 427/435.

It seems like most cars sell at about 50% of what they cost to restore.

That green 69 427/400 sold there last year also for i believe 38,000,then sold again this year for 35,500.There is a Gold 69 427 vert that was used as GM courtesy car that is to be auctioned tonight, that was sold i believe in Bloomington for 132,000.

Sidepiper, after looking over the sales i keep of most 68-72's,i made a mistake on the 69 427 GM brass vert,it was a no sale at the Russo and Steele auction last year at 65,000.I got that one confused with a different 427/435 that sold.Sorry for the confusion....JERRY

I saw that. That was very strong money for that car. Hard to understand the 435 on Tuesday that only brought about $55,000 but being a 68 BB owner, I was glad to see it.

Last night looked like some strong money as the booze and money began to flow. Small block 67's for $100,000 Some deals but some paid way too much for some of the cars.
