Hi Tom,
Here are a couple of pictures from my 71, #6589. This is one of the original halo trim panels. There's no seperate bezel and you can see the baby poop green of the birdcage. The rear window isn't in place.

Just wanted to give a quick "Thanks!" to Alan. I reassembled the rear window latches & locks this morning on my '71 after the car has been apart for 3 years. I had no idea what the lock screws looked like and no catalog shows them. Luckily Alan's pics showed just enough of the screws that I found them in my big bucket of misc bolts!
So another item crossed off the reassembly list. Only 15,687 to go!
